INTRODUCTION

 

Hello to all MMGVision Subscribers!

 

The key words to notice in the title of this Newsletter are "that you are". You see? If you were the one and only sperm that won your first race ever (the one to your mom's fetus), well I guess that means you were already a winner at birth.

 

Now, if you're like most other human beings, you accumulated a bunch of nasty little interpretations over the years that have gotten you to where you are today and chances are that you have forgotten where you really came from. Remember? (probably not) There were millions of sperms just like you, swimming upstream inside your mother's womb. It was the race of your Life. The race that gave you Life AND You Won!

 

So, if you already are a winner, what are you winning at? Winning or Losing? Either way, you are winning at it. Perhaps the key has nothing to do with your God given right and ability to succeed. Perhaps, as Harv Eker (more on Harv later) puts it, your blueprint, developed over years of interpretations, is more in line with losing that winning, so you've been winning more at losing than at winning. I know! it begins to get confusing at this point. Not to worry.

 

Please understand that, wherever you are in Life at this very moment, that is the perfect place for you to be. There's NO right or wrong place to be. What there is, however, at any given moment in time, is that Blank Canvas in front of you and the power of choosing your future waiting for you to grab it.

 

ATTENTIONALITY

 

This Newsletter intends to redirect your attention. I'd like to support you to grab onto your God Given Power to redirect your attention on that which you want in Life instead of focusing on that which you don't want. You and I have heard great coaches, teachers and trainers of our time speak of the power of "Intentionality". Hence the power of intention. It isn't enough guys and girls to bring intentionality to the game. You and I need to add what I call "ATTENTIONALITY". New word? Maybe! I'm not even sure if it's a word at all but I'll use it because it clearly says what I mean when I talk about what's missing for most people to succeed.

 

I'll bet that most if not all people who do not live the Life of their dreams have their Attention on the wrong thing like their circumstances, their fears and their life challenges, be it bills, the job, the family disputes, etc.

 

What if we could shift our attention to those things we really want as opposed to those things we don't want? What if we could transform (forget about changing stuff cuz all you'll get out of changing stuff is more of the same, believe me...) our way of thinking into this heightened Attention Machine and what if we could put this new way of thinking on auto-pilot?

 

You're probably saying; "Sure, tell me how Peter!" Why is the answer so important at this point? Why don't you put your ATTENTION on the question, with no commitment on finding the answer, knowing full well that sitting with the question will open up tons more possibilities than one answer ever would?

HAVING FUN YET?

 

I just want to say, at this point, that I sincerely hope you're enjoying this Newsletter. My attention is on testing your putting skills. It's on helping you sink just one putt for now.

  

Answers bring closure whether positive or negative, where questions create openings and endless possibilities. So why is it that we are so committed to finding answers? Who knows and who cares anyway? Why don't you be the judge as to what matters most in Life; Questions or Answers!

 

In your Network Marketing Business for instance, who holds the power in a conversation? The person asking the questions OR the person talking up a bunch of answers. Look at your conversations with prospects. If you're pitching all the answers yet you don't even know what makes your prospect tick, how can you expect to ever have a partner when you don't even know him or her? The next question that beckons is how can you get to know him or her if you're not asking questions? What would happen if your attention was on what he or she is passionate about in Life? What is your prospect's greatest concern as he or she looks into their future? Hmmm!

YOU HAVE TO READ THIS LITTLE STORY by Tommy Wyatt

 

Let me tell you a story about an entrepreneur, Steve,  who discovered a golden opportunity and started his own business knowing he'd make millions.

 

He took a second mortgage on his house to raise money and then borrowed more on a business loan. He quit his job - because this was a "sure thing" and he wanted to be sure and dedicate himself 100%. The day he closed on the deal was very stressful as Steve signed the paperwork and endorsed a bank check for several hundred thousand dollars. It was the biggest - and most important day of his life. It was a new chapter.

 

After he left the lawyer's office, Steve stopped in at his new business and unlocked the front door. He walked inside and looked around, dreaming of the future. He was so confident and so excited about the future - and so ready to get to work.

 

The next morning he was open for business. He got up early, showed up at 6 am, unlocked the front door, and turned on the lights. At 6:05 the first-ever customer walked into his store. "Good morning sir," Steve said. "This is my first day open and you're my first customer! What can I get for you today?"

 

The man grumbled and answered him back, "I don't want anything. I was just looking in here to see what you have. This place isn't for me."

The man then turned and walked out of the store.

 

The second customer came in, and didn't buy anything either. A young couple came in together, looked around, and left without showing any interest. Then, an entire hour went by without a single customer even coming into the store.


It was now 8 am, on his first day of business and Steve was totally discouraged. He turned off the light and left the store, locking the door behind him. "Boy, this was harder than I thought," he muttered to himself. "I guess people just don't like what I have to offer. I guess maybe this isn't for me."

 

By 9:00 that morning, Steve was back at his old job begging his boss to take him back. "I told you not to quit," the boss said, giving Steve his old job back. He never went back to the store and spent the rest of his life paying back the bank loan.

 

If you've read this far you're saying "that's ridiculous, nobody would ever do that." And you're right. But every single day people do that with their home-based businesses. Granted, it doesn't cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars to get started, but they still get started full of enthusiasm - and then turn and quit as soon as someone says "boo." Many get signed up and never even show up to unlock the front door at all!!

 

What kind of person are you??

 

The best thing about your home-based business is that nobody can MAKE you quit. If you quit - it's all you. It's your little voice talking yourself out of your dreams. Don't be a quitter. Unlike with Steve's story - in your home-based business you have successful people who you've partnered with who WANT you to win. People who will HELP you win.

 

Be a winner.

 

If you haven't unlocked your front door yet (order your company's product). If you've been discouraged by a few people who said no - talk to another person. If you feel completely lost - call your sponsor, upline business leader, or call ME.

 

Network Marketing is the greatest financial opportunity you will see in your lifetime.

 

Winners find ways to win - quitters find excuses.

 

Be a winner.

This is not your practice Life. This is it and there's no second chance at it. So, my invitation to you is to play your home-based business as if your Life depended on it cuz you know what? IT DOES!

 

So play to win and don't let anything stop you from winning. Bring some Attentionality to your everyday efforts. Focus on winning! Talk winning! Act winning! Be Winning!
