If you're like I was, you may be looking for a way to e-mail follow up letters to prospects or training modules to downline reps, but you haven't yet found a way to create and manage these. I've used several auto-respponder systems over the last few years two of which I will mention here.

The second is IntelliContact.This system is way more user-friendly but has certain limitations which can only affect the Big Boys (those who want a system to broadcast to tens of thousands every week or so. Other than that, I would say the IntelliContact is my preferred auto-responder. It's the one I use now.
